As Pyramidia scales multiple ventures simultaneously, the complexity increases: capital raising, governance, performance tracking, talent development, partnerships, cross-venture coordination and venture operational sprints.
The Chief of Staff exists to create leverage for the Managing Partner to ensure that the studio operates as a coherent, high-performing platform – not a collection of disconnected initiatives. As such, priorities and workstreams are highly variable and depend on high-impact priorities at the time.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and analytics, capital, operations, and execution. It is a high-trust position operating at senior levels with broad visibility across all ventures and studio functions.

Savannah Seritech is pioneering Africa’s first regenerative silk industry. We are building a modern, inclusive sericulture ecosystem that transforms rural livelihoods, restores degraded land, and produces world-class silk for global sustainable fashion markets. Backed by Pyramidia Venture Studio, Savannah Seritech combines field-based operations with venture-building discipline and technical excellence. Our vision is to put Africa on the map for global silk production, capturing a significant part of the global US$20BN silk market in the long term, linking tens of thousands of farmers to global value chains while driving climate-positive growth.
Savannah Seritech is transitioning from pilot to scale. The next phase focuses on expanding the supply base, onboarding farmer partners, strengthening production systems, and developing early market channels for Kenyan silk. The Venture Scale Lead supports this transition by translating the venture’s growth strategy into clear milestones, develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy and implement data & performance management to enable scalable growth.
This is a hands-on role coordinating the Pyramidia studio in Nairobi to scale the venture in a disciplined, capital-efficient way, while operating with the flexibility required in a fast-moving venture environment and adapting priorities and plans as needed.
